The war on talent is no longer about who is "at the table", but rather, who "feels actively included" at that table. In an environment where we have moved past the "why" and the "what" and are obsessing over the "how", a certain kind of leader is taking charge—the authentic and inclusive CEO. Within this fluid context, they, too, are learning, for there is no one-size-fits-all solution. As it turns out, embracing a learning orientation toward diversity is vital because the easier, more limited approaches don’t alter the status quo.

In this inaugural CEO event to engage C-Suite Leaders across multiple sectors in the US for their perspectives on DEI issues, this panel will feature change makers who are keen to share their emerging practices.
